Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
This is a 34-year-old female who had undergone bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants one year prior. She recovered with no complications but over the course of a year developed a capsular contracture of the left breast. This caused a deformed appearance to the breast. The patient consulted with Dr. Chaffoo on options of breast revision. She had also stated she would like larger implants and saline to even out her disproportion breast size. The patient had an uneventful surgery which entailed removal of the capsule contracture scar tissue and implant exchange. She had recovered well. She returned the office two months post procedure for post procedure follow up and photos.
