22 year old San Diego man desired a slightly less prominent nose. On examination, he demonstrated a small nasal hump and relatively weak chin (microgenia). He underwent a rhinoplasty to remove the nasal hump and placement of a small chin implant through an incision underneath the chin. He was thrilled with the improved, but natural appearance to his nose which also appeared smaller due to his more balanced chin and jaw line which now appeared more masculine and prominent.
